In compliance with the rules and regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), when you book with Red Sea Divers Ltd, normally, the ATOL protection for the cost of your complete package holiday is provided by the Tour Operators for whom we act as authorised agents - However, on some bookings, where we act as the principle, by packaging two or more separate elements of your holiday together - you will enter into two separate contracts. The first is for your flights (if applicable) which we secure from Full ATOL holders - This element of your holiday is covered by the full ATOL Holders Bond although we do have a restricted membership of ATOL, our Number is ATOL T7076 (which allows Red Sea Divers Ltd to do this) The remainder of your holiday cost where we act as principle is contracted with Red Sea Divers Ltd,  which with our full membership of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) - our membership No is U247X gives the following protection for any other money we hold from you. For your complete protection, this money is placed into a trust account, that is overseen by an independent trustee, and cannot be touched until you have received your holiday, thereby guaranteeing your holiday cost against any potential of company insolvency. 

Possible surcharges  Please Note - Whilst there is no charge for paying with Debit cards, that we will pass on to you the 2.5 per cent bank charges for balances paid on Credit cards. Most companies that we use for Red Sea Holidays now include Airport Departure Tax but Red Sea Divers Ltd will add a 3 pounds per person booking fee  - this booking fee will also provide Travel Trust Association Fidelity Insurance Protection (also known as the Safe Seat Plan) for any money held by our company on your behalf with cover up to 11,000 pounds per person.

On some trips there is a late booking charge and/or ticket on departure charge that we may have to pass on to you. There might also be flight company/tour operator/airport taxes applied and more commonly now, FUEL surcharges etc added - as per various Tour Operators booking conditions Tour Operators Booking Conditions - click here for the fine print legal stuff -

If these minor charges are of concern please ask our travel consultants at time of booking to estimate the extra cost as each company has different policies.
