Excellence is one of a new generation of luxury wooden yachts, built by the best shipyard in Alexandria with a new hull design to improve performance, stability and speed.
Launched in May 2002 M/Y Excellence is a majestic looking vessel measuring 33 meters (110 feet) and 8.5 meters width, which cuts through the Red Sea archipelago at 15 knots per hour (powered by 2X V-12 cylinders, MAN 880HP medium range propulsion engines). This specification brands her the fastest and most stable luxury cruiser in the Red Sea.
She was designed as a professional liveaboard dive cruiser with state-of-the-art facilities. She boasts the finest looking and most spacious cabins that you will find on any liveaboard in the Red Sea. There are 8 cabins with 2 beds + two double staterooms with double beds for total 20 divers . All cabins have their own private facilities. Handcrafted wooden interior (oak and mahogany) décor combines, give the cabins a distinctive elegance. All the comforts of modern living and elegance are close at hand wherever you look on the Excellence.
The deck is first quality teak.
The excellence of the boat is matched by the experience of the crew. Ten in total was specially selected to service the needs of the most demanding diver. A resident dive guide provides trip briefings well in advance.
Dining on board the Excellence is an adventure in itself, at the large, air-conditioned restaurant. The meals are prepared by our experienced, international, gourmet chef, who plans the meals carefully to keep repetition at bay.
Besides a spacious salon with library, TV-video, CD player and a nice bar with ice maker to serve your desires.
The upper deck , a large half-shaded sun deck with chaise lounges and a bar, provide plenty of space to relax and socialize while having a fresh drink.
The top deck attracts guests who want to sunbath or count the start of the bright sky in the evenings.

Flights depart from London Gatwick or Manchester direct to Marsa Alam on Wednesday morning and return the following Wednesday evening - flight times to be advised but normally always Daytime departures.
prices include: Wednesday flights from UK direct to Marsa Alam, transfer Marsa Alam airport to the Coral Beach hotel for 1st night Dinner bed and breakfast, next day - 2 dives - daily diving with Emperor Divers on Thursday, transfers to join the liveaboard on Thursday afternoon, services of an experienced dive guide, 6 nights onboard based on full board accommodation with meals, tea, coffee, mineral water. 3 dives per day for 5 days, tanks weights, belts and dive guide services. Disembark Wednesday afternoon for transfer to Marsa Alam airport for check in for Flights back to UK
The prices do not include: Entry visa for Egypt (+/- US$ 15), gratuities for the boat crew, drinks purchased at the bar.
